Amber Hester is the co-founder and CEO of Blulantern inc. She is a highly skilled leader and has held many leadership positions throughout her career. Amber has a passion for wellness and is committed to supporting systems and workplaces as they gather data to inform their strategic focus and next steps. Amber’s passion for data and strategic planning was the foundation for the creation of the company that allows schools, school districts, and workplaces to collect data regarding wellness. Amber works hard to ensure continuous improvement and focused growth for the company.
Amber has extensive experience working with district leaders, First Nations authorities, boards, small businesses and non-profit. Working with these groups to develop mission, vision, values consensus, completing wellness work and planning across all departments to align and deploy services which support complex systems.
Amber holds a Masters in Education Leadership and has over 25 years of experience. She works extensively with leaders across several provinces to support them as they do their important work
